He accessed the line from the basement toilet flange and found multiple clogs that had not been fully cleared. What stood out was his thoroughness. He left the cleanout open and had me run all upstairs faucets and flush toilets to confirm that water was flowing properly to the sewer before wrapping up. Could not flush clog from inside, so came next day and dug 7' hole in front garden to remove the clog. Also installed vertical pipe to access any future sewer problems. Work crew had to dig out two big bushes to access the old sewer pipe at my home's foundation but replanted them along with any tulip bulbs they displaced.
