Everything was meticulously reviewed, planned out, and executed with precision. Though there was some extra work above and beyond the initial estimate, the extra amount added was more than reasonable. No gotchas or surprises. They installed a new high-tech water softener/filtration/salt bin with a hub, as well as a new water heater and some other minor repairs. They also split our water system off so that lawn irrigation and outside spigots were on a separate line than the softened water, so more piping in the crawl space, but they took the time to make sure everything was the way it should have been when the house was built. Professional, personable, down-to-earth, no-nonsense, no hard-sell... just good, honest plumbers who know how to treat a project and a customer without overcharging. 5 stars."

"Well I must say I usually say I'm going to fill out a questionnaire about good service or save my receipt and call corporate… And then it never happens... but this time I was absolutely compelled by The outstanding knowledgeable service we received from the crew at Grizzly Air!! We originally had them out to get a quote for a new furnace… But the temperatures around here made us seriously consider to finally give in and get central air! My husband and I went back-and-forth About it but the owner Adam explained the process and assured us we could get all of this taken care of in about two days and we are so happy we made the right choice!
