Due to fact I was explicit with the details of the job requested, a quote could of been provided over the phone before setting an appointment from competitive plumbing contractors. To keep costs down, I had to limit the plumber to repairing/replacing the toilet tank water line (old bidet water line adapter was stuck and unable to disconnect), so I had to complete the installation of the new bidet onto the toilet bowl myself, which took less than 5 minutes... but saved me an additional $200+!"

It was dripping and the only other plumber I had contacted (my usual plumber, now fired), wanted to replace the whole fixture, which would have entailed removing the kitchen tile and wall behind the sink.
