"Hired to install a new Kohler Walk-In tub and water heater in our gurst bathroom. CPR Plumbing arrived on exact time they said and owner/operator Randy Spiva and two installers (Cody & Conner) went to work immediately to widen two small doorways to get in the tub that cleared the doorways by 1/2 inch. It was amazing to watch the teamwork and truly professionals at work. My wife is ultra perticular and she is very pleased with the finished product and that means alot. They cleaned up everything and took old tub with them includiing the old water heater they also replaced. Took a almost 2 days to complete. Again I repeat 5 star professional work."

"The sales person very nice and professional. The installer, very good but not very experienced. When I ask about the extra salt promised by salesman and to be shown how to care for my system his lack of experience became evident and he suggested I have a service person come and show me. He said he was the installer. The extra salt was not available, just enough to get my new system running. The salt that was in my old system was thrown away because the installer said it was to difficult to remove. Possibly true did seem hard on top. Very polite and professional. I am sure more experience will be beneficial."

"There is nothing worse than a clogged main drain and the possibility of having to replace it. However JAX Hydro-Jetters LLC went above and beyond to send out a very professional and efficient plumber, Mr. Lopez who explained the entire process and how everything worked. He was able to bust open the clog in the drain and now we have an open and working drain again! I would highly recommend this company...professional, compassionate and very helpful. "Had work done in my guest bathroom which isn't listed I went under remodel. Had a tub removed and added just a shower stall. I liked their product, in fact I recommended them to a couple people. They're installers went above and beyond very pleased! My only issue was they only used Delta products I would have preferred grohe fixtures. Very fast responses to my phone calls."
