"Excellent job and good communication"

"We did a full remodel, a new shower along with tile flooring, a new vanity, and a toilet. We chose Bath Makeover of Arkansas because we could have one company do the entire project."

"Has not been installed yet so we shall see"

"The tub was purchased by the Plumbing company I Hired to instal it"

"We’re very happy with the foundation work Groundworks completed on our home. The new lifts look great, and the entire process was handled professionally. William Dillon provided excellent service and kept us informed throughout the project. We also appreciated the thorough cleanup when the work was finished. Overall, a very positive experience!"

"I hired Neli over a week period for 3 different appliances, my dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, and even kitchen sink! I had a fantastic experience: 1. I fixed my dryer with Thomas' excellent remote guidance, changing the timer and the switch! Fabulous guidance Thomas, with lots of money saved! I learned a lot in the process. 2. I determined that there was no dishwasher leak and in the process learned how to check for leaks and trouble shoot for some common repair issues. It cost $40.00 but as I had some water on the floor, I was ready to get a new dishwasher. Now, I am confident that it wasn't a leak and caused by putting in the dishes in a funny manner and not a repair issue. I am using the dishwasher now again with no problem. 3. I determined with Thomas' help that the washing machine had a major problem and could have spun out of control into my wall....no question, it was time to get a new washing machine! This was a well spent $40.00--I even got Thomas advice on purchasing a new washing machine and what to look for. 4. I checked the drainage on my kitchen sink and learned how to empty out the "trap" and that most likely, I am okay, but what to swap out if I have continuing issues with slow drainage. In the end, I saved lots of money, gaining and learning valuable experience! Absolutely fabulous service!"

"Being out-of-state, Justin from Crawlspace solutions was a Godsent. I spoke to 3 other crawlspace solutions, and Justin was by far the most knowledgeable. Head-and-shoulders above the other companies. Redeemersâ Group from Memphis (with operations in Little Rock) didnâ t properly install my EzFlow system. Justin gave me a discount, even though he had nothing to do with the original installation. He and his team repaired the installation done incorrectly by Redeemerâ s group on their own. He visited the property multiple times, to check on the installation and followed up to make sure that the dehumidifiers and sump pumps were working properly. Sent me pictures throughout the process, which helps since Iâ m out of town. Unlike the other companies I spoke to and have used in the past, Justin doesnâ t seem to just be interested in a sale. He constantly follows up and touches base to make sure that Iâ m informed and comfortable with the process. In short, seemed to care about my project and me. Really rare in business nowadays. Thank you and your team for your help on this, Justin!"

"Great experience from start to finish! They were at my house within an hour of contact, completed the job quickly and efficiently, and even let me know about a bug problem they noticed under my house. As I don’t spend my leisure time in the crawlspace, I really appreciated the heads up so I can get this taken care of. Definitely recommend!"
