"I had a plumbing emergency on the evening before New Year's Eve. It was really difficult to find any plumber at that time. Fortunately, Plumbing Management Services was right there at the right time. They did not just do a good job. They went beyond the call of duty, patiently spent a lot of time diagnose the problem and completely fix the problem. Also they did not take advantage of my misfortune by overcharging me. They charged me based on their regular rate, which is very competitive. Therefore I have nothing but good words for them. I would use Plumbing Management Services for all of my plumbing issues. "Walter was easy and great to work with. We had a water leak in our first floor ceiling and we had 3 different plumbers come out to diagnose the cause and none of them could figure it out. Walter was the only one able to diagnose the problem. Turns out the pipe supplying cold water to the upstairs shower was leaking in the drywall. Unfortunately that drywall is between a shower and bath tub. So the shower had to be replaced in the process of getting to the leaking pipe. Even when we weren’t certain replacing the shower was the right move, Walter was patient with us and was not pushy. They replaced shower, fixed the leaking pipe and repaired the drywall of the first floor celing. The job was completed in a day and half."
