First impressions mean a lot to me and Craig was professional, well spoken and fit me in after the call he was on. They arrived on time and kept me updated during the call he was currently on. He put on booties to protect our carpets and was very careful not to damage anything and keep the mess to a minimum. He laid down tarps, brought in paper towels, towels and deodorizer.
