George Godin oversaw the project all the way through to completion.  He and another contractor he provided took care of the following:   Demolition of the existing floors and haul away, prep and installed new laminate flooring.  Prep and paint all the walls and ceilings. Installation of sun shades.  Changing out of bathroom fixtures.  Plumbing included new toilets and shower fixtures, as well as new kitchen sink and hardware.  We also added new kitchen appliances where he helped me retrofit a particular appliance I wanted.  Mr. Godin did a lot of trouble shooting with me along the way.  He did everything one could ask of him and more - including helping us unload and put together furnishings to help meet a deadline.  He did his best to keep the project moving and keep me happy. I found him to be honest and caring and I will use him again in future.

"I was very pleased with the remodel of the kitchen and the addition of the attic bedroom and bathroom in my one story house. The addition was complicated needing extension of part of the roof, rerouting of electrical, plumbing, and air conditioning. His crews did excellent work, and everything was organized and done with a high attention to details. "Sales rep disappeared after contracts signed and didn?t annotate a part needed. This lead to labor having to return at a later date to install missing part. The work overall was beautiful but not perfect. Glass door doesn?t close perfectly. It not only clips a plastic strip on the wall that keeps water in the shower but a seperate seal on the bottom of the door is getting carved with every door open. Buyer beware!"
