"The Benjamin Franklin Plumbing Company team and process were amazing. Although, I know nothing about plumbing, they took the time to help me understand the entire plumbing system in my house and not just addressed the one issue I called them about—what a great learning journey for me. They completed the work requested in record time and to perfection and even helped me with 0% financing options. In short, this will be my go-to plumbing company from now on."

"Highly recommend this company! After receiving two quotes from other plumbing contractors, I found Joe from WaveLine by using Angie’s List. He called immediately and was very helpful just by speaking with him on the phone, and was very knowledgeable. No less important, his quote was less than the other guys, and more in line with what the job should have cost. He didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need. He was just honest and his quote was fair. When he arrived, he was very personable and genuinely nice. Best of all, he fixed the problem, and went over and beyond to make sure everything worked, was all clear, and as it should be. I would definitely hire Joe and WaveLine Plumbing again."

"They did a very good job. They did the job really. and if I have any more plumbing problems I will probably give them a call."

"They were so helpful and respectful to me and my property. They are awesome at explaining everything and are always there for any questions we have. The water is fantastic now."

"They were quite efficient and professional. They also had the best pricing for the job and had excellent credentials."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service from start to finish. Brandon was very helpful with the estimate, communication, and coordination of the job. His partner and his son arrived on time to replace our gas water heater. They were courteous, professional, and very thorough. During the installation, they discovered an unexpected leak at the main water line and were able to take care of that for us as well. They even made several trips to Home Depot to get the parts they needed, and they cleaned the garage completely before leaving. Brandon continued to keep me informed afterward regarding the permit and inspection, and the final inspection passed without any issues. The price was very competitive and the best of the estimates I received. Overall, I was very pleased with the service, communication, and quality of the work. I would definitely recommend Brandon and his team."

"I had an excellent experience with Coastal Air and Plumbing and couldn’t be happier with the plumbing installation. From start to finish, the crew was professional, knowledgeable, and took pride in doing the job right. A special thanks to Vihn, John, Addonis, and Mihn. They were great to work with, answered our questions, kept us informed throughout the installation, and made sure everything was completed properly. I especially appreciated their attention to detail and willingness to explain what they were doing along the way. It’s refreshing to work with a crew that is dependable, respectful, and clearly cares about the quality of their work. I would absolutely recommend Coastal Air and Plumbing to anyone looking for professional plumbing services. Five stars all around!"

"The workers were good , except the toilet they installed was leaking and we have to call a plumber to fix it ."

"Samuel is extremely competent, timely, responsive, and transparent. Unfortunately, we had a roof installed a few years ago by a company who cut corners, and STMZ came to repair two separate leaks in the “new” roof. He documented every step of the process with photos, and explained what he was doing. (Most contractors, in my experience, do not take the time to explain the process to you!) I highly recommend his services, and if we ever need to replace the roof, STMZ will be the company we will call."

"Was very professional and got the job done in a timely manner! Would highly recommend!"
