"The plumber arrived on time, assessed the work to be done and the setting, and provided us with an estimate for five separate options. He thought he needed help, but no one was available from his company. So he went out to the plumbing supply store to pick up supplies we had not provided (we had purchased all of the replacement faucets, and two of the four shutoff valves). He worked diligently and finished the project by late afternoon. Our only complaint was that the plumber did not set the drain plugs properly. I spent about an hour resetting the “open” position so that liquids would drain properly."

The cooper water supply pipe was in contact with the drain pipe and this contact caused corrosion and eventually a hole in the supply pipe. He replaced the section of the pipe.
