"Bought a faucet at Lowe's. After looking at the connections for a pedestal sink, I decided to have this one professionally installed. It was a two hour procedure for a professional plumber. Though not a difficult job for a plumber, everything about the job was very professional. Appointment was confirmed. A telephone call was provided giving an update of when the plumber would arrive. Kevin was the name of our plumber. He was very courteous. He covered our floor, wore shoe covers, cleaned up afterwards. He checked the plumbing for leaks and drainage. Contracting the way it should be."

"This is not my first review of Joe's Plumbing but they just keep knocking it out of the park. Decided to do pipe replacement on a 60 year old home do to multiple leaks. Wanted to get it done before the cold came, and Joe's did the job on time, under budget, and the quality was second to none. When they found they couldn't turn the water off from the street, they kept moving on the job and did a fantastic job. Joe's was the first called and they have not let me down yet. "HR Drywall and Tile did a phenomenal job on our drywall repair, tile repair and framing. They were so spectacular and skilled in finishing we had asked them to take on new projects as soon as they could (and they made it happen!) "We have a smaller upstairs bathroom that had not been touched since 1975. The shower had been unusable for over a decade due to leakage. The space had to be completely gutted down to the studs and completely redone. The contractor we had used several times over the years retired, so we needed someone new who we could trust. Radical Renovations (Angelo) was recommended to us by N & S Supply in Kingston and I'm SO happy we hired him! He's professional, responsive, patient and finds solutions to all issues that invariably come up when you're dealing with old homes. Plus, the crew who he brought in to work with him was also pleasant and professional. I would absolutely hire Angelo again...in fact I already am!"

"I suspected a toilet might be leaking into our flooring, so I asked if a technician would come out to the house and run a camera through the toilet line to look for a leak (a service many plumbers do not offer). We are nearly an hour from the office and outside the service area, but the office manager spoke to the owner and he agreed. The technician came, inspected the area and toilet, and then said that he was sure the problem wasn't the toilet. He made other suggestions for how we can diagnose the leak (which don't result in money for his company). He did not charge for the service call! Truly an unusual and positive experience."

Anton was present for the entire project and he and his crew are all very courteous, easy to have around and trustworthy. They cleaned up thoroughly after the job each day. Best of all, Anton and the crew are very good at what they do, and they all take pride in their work to please themselves as well as the customer. Also, Anton crafted a beautiful mantle for our fireplace and built it in his carpentry shop. It looks great and is just what we wanted. We recommend this company highly."
