"Great, Phill came out the next day and got us up and running again with hot water. He is honest, thorough and does the job right the first time. We have used him several times for various plumbing issues and have been very satisfied."

"Finally, a plumbing company that is 100% honest, very responsive and charges a very fair price! My main line was totally clogged with roots. Dirty water was backing up in my tub and my toilet would not flush. I hired a different contractor that came out, charged a hefty fee only to penetrate a small hole in the clog (to drain the water) and run a camera through the line. I was told that they would have to use a high pressure water jet to clear the line and that would not be available to do the work until 4 days later. They quoted me an outrageous price! I then called JD Plumbing and got to talk to the owner (James himself) and Danny S., a plumber, to get a second opinion. They told me that the water jet is not necessary to clear the line and in fact there was significant risk that my bathroom could be flooded by high velocity water backing up and overflowing my toilet. Danny came out sharply at 8:00 AM the next day and cleared the line in about an hour. I ended up paying less than one third of total cost had I followed through with the first company that came out. I was very impressed that the owner would take the time to talk with me and be so truthful. Danny was awesome! A very professional, hard working and supper friendly guy. A stressful experience with a very good ending thanks to JD Plumbing."

"Jose kept things professional and honest, I needed the cold water line to my washer replaced and told him I tired to do it myself first but when it wouldn't budge I decided to use angi for a professional plumber and that's what I got! When he told me he couldn't get the hose out either and didn't want to break the pipes (which I was afraid of doing as well.) Jose went above and beyond and told me what had to be done and replaced the valves and pipes I will definitely hire him for a couple other future projects I have lying around that need to get done. He also replaced the line outside and tested the psi levels, said it was well over the recommended levels and set it a little under the recommended level."

"I will definitely hire Hanson's again. The front office was friendly and realized our personal needs. The plumbers were professional, clean and quick. I was a great experience for a horrible problem. 100% satisfied."

"We’ve had so many plumbing projects over the years and have always used Rapid Rescue. They have replaced our water heater, completely plumbed two bathrooms & worked on the house mainline as well as the gas line and hooking up the water lines for the washer & dryer. They are honest, reliable and affordable. The work they have done has been top notch and it lasts. I highly recommend Wes and Rapid Rescue for all of your plumbing needs."

"After discovering late on a Fri. that I had an underground leak in the main water supply line right by the shut-off valve in front of my house, I reached out to three different plumbers thru Angie. Pristine Plumbing was available to come by at 4 PM. They assessed the situation and gave me a quote of $900. I probably could have shopped around and gotten a much better rate, but the water was significant enough that I chose to have them do the work. The technician was very friendly and professional, willing to answer any question I asked. We thought the problem was fixed and he left at around 7 p.m., and about 5 minutes later, the connection blew out. I called the dispatch and they sent him right back. He spent until about 10 p.m. working to fix the problem. We left the water off overnight to make sure the seal was properly cured, and he came back at 7 a.m. Sat. to ensure we had a good seal. We turned the water back on and everything seemed to be fixed. The one cautionary note is that the technician offered to add a T joint and above ground shut-off valve connected to our landscape irrigation system. I did not ask and he did not tell me there would be an incremental charge of $300 or so, which he only shared at the time of issuing the invoice. I suggested that was not appropriate, and he applied a 10% discount against the entire invoice."
