"I normally don't call for help. I am the type of person who would try to fix things myself before I seek for help. Almost a month ago when my old tankless water heater kept giving me error code and with no hot water. I tried two weeks of either fixing it by watching Youtube or have other plumbers come over to take a look at the issue. None of them were able to help me resolve my tankless water issue. After 2 weeks of no hot water, I decided to give HomeAdvisor and Aaron's Plumbing and Rooter a try. Aaron came over the next day and point out the issues with my old water heater and suggested me to replace a new water heater with dedicated gas line. After 2 weeks of no hot water and researching issues that might happen to tankless hot water, I was convince what Aaron suggested. Aaron was very thorough and professional about the entire installation process. After the installation, there was error from the new tankless water heater. Aaron came out immediate to help resolve the issue. After countless hours of debugging and process of elimination with the technical support person from the water heater manufacturer, the issue was finally resolved due to a defect ignition rod from the manufacturer. I want to thank Aaron for his time and effort to restore hot water to my house. Aaron will be my go to plumber if I ever need plumbing help. George"

I had a drain backup and called another plumbing company, who came out and cleared my drain, but 2 days later I was back to square one. Frustrated, to say the least. A friend of mine told me about plumbtree plumbing and rooter and their positive experience with them. So I called. I was impressed to say the least. When Josh, the plumbing technician came to the door, he was very friendly and very courteous. He only entered my home after putting on shoe covering to protect my floors. He assessed the situation and suggested that after he clears the drain that he should camera the line to find out why the backup reacurred. After clearing the drain he camera the line and found that I had a collapse mainline pipe. He was able to uncover the pipeline and repair it. Such a great relief to get to the bottom of my problem and have it repaired in 1 day. I definitely got what I paid for the first time around. Cheap is not always the way to go with plumbing issues. Plumbtree plumbing and rooter was well worth the money. Honest, friendly and caring. They went the extra mile for me. I would highly recommend these guys"

The paper work, estimates are very straight forward. I needed the TOTO washlet to be installed in the bathroom, so I needed plumbing and electrical services. "I use Counsil for the quality of their work and trust them to do it to highest city inspection standards. I had to do two replacement sewer lines. Counsil plumbing did the digging, plumbing and cement work with same people; the other contractor did plumbing, subcontracted sleeving sewer line and subcontracted concrete work. Counsil left the house as he found it. The other contractor left trash, rebar and wood and never came back. Counsil used a price master and a detailed contract, the other contractor gave me verbal price which became opaque. I use Counsil when i need quality work that meets inspection specifications and am willing to pay for it."
