"Felix is very professional. He was running late, past his two hour window so I wish he had called. The part and repair that he quoted were more than a new wine refrigerator so I did not have him fix it. I did call the manufacturer and they are sending a new control panel to me at no cost, and I'll replace it myself. Having had Felix here, later gave me the courage to fix it myself."
