"When I had to have Custom Plumbing come out for a backed up sewer on Christmas Eve, Nicole receptionist, and Jessie the plumber are the best! Both very friendly and customer oriented and I felt also very honest and knowledgeable. Jeff with the descaler was very efficient and professional! They fixed the issue and were very reasonably priced. There was no emergency charge even for Christmas Eve! I was shown the problems, obvious on the camera, and recommended a preventive to future problems by getting a high pressure descaling of the pipes. I couldn t be more satisfied!!!"
