"Gary, the master plumber who came to our home and gave us an estimate and did the repair work was personable, friendly, professional, and very thorough. He was the main reason we went with Rooter Guy. They were the most expensive of the quotes we received ( we had 4 estimates). The solutions Gary provided were the least intrusive to our plumbing disaster. The work they completed is wonderful and we feel very confident the repair will last for a very long time! The day of the repair job they communicated well and cleaned up everything perfectly. I could not be happier with the work - just wished the job was a little less pricey. We have kept Gary's card and will call again for major plumbing jobs in the future."

He did a great job on getting the plumbing done on our new vanities and shower last year, and yesterday he and Tyson did a great job on clearing a floor drain, replacing the hot water heater, cleaning up pipe set ups, figuring out a spigot leak on the patio and getting us ready for our new fridge install if we do get an ice maker.
