"I usually don't do reviews but I had a great experience with Ralph in getting my kitchen sink unclogged and I hope this review helps other people know about the plumbing service that Ralph and his assistant, Peter provide. They were able to quickly assess the problem and provide me a reasonable and fair estimate of the cost. Both were very professional, methodical, pleasantly direct and quick in resolving the problem. I will be a repeat customer. I will also add that when i did my scheduling for an appointment for Angi's lists of plumber/s to do the job - Ralph was the first one to reach out to give me a time and date. Thank you again -Ralph and Peter."

"Daniel was a life saver! I had what I thought was a simple clogged kitchen sink but it turned into a 4 1/2 hour drain journey. Daniel quoted me a reasonable price and that is exactly what I paid no more no less. He was knowledgeable, professional, focused and determined to rectify the issue. It was a great experience and I am so happy I found him. I will definitely be calling him for any future plumbing work I have. I will also be recommending him to family and friends...Finding a great plumber with integrity and who is honest is hard to find but Daniel is one in a million!!!"

"A number of smallish plumbing repairs---some became more complicated. Harold spent a good amount of time and made sure that things got fixed, even coming back to finish kitchen sink drain issue. Highly recommend."

"We have used Gene from Preferred Plumbing on several occasions. We had a water heater replaced and multiple faucets, hose bibs changed or repaired, and drain / sewer clogs. Gene was responsive, courteous, and explained the issue and required work clearly. The work was completed without issues and reasonably priced. I recommend Gene (Preferred Plumbing) for any plumbing issues / work."

"Needed leaky water valve repaired and sewer system unclogged. Came within 45 minutes of my desperate phone call. Installed new valve and new copper piping. Could not flush clog from inside, so came next day and dug 7' hole in front garden to remove the clog. Also installed vertical pipe to access any future sewer problems. Work crew had to dig out two big bushes to access the old sewer pipe at my home's foundation but replanted them along with any tulip bulbs they displaced. Truely considerate of my early spring garden! Courteous, mindful of property, work done in a timely fashion at a fair price. Explained each step in the process and why it was needful. Very pleased with 'Moose' and his work team."
