"The plumber was excellent. Good experience! They were the second company that I contacted. I did schedule the first just to get an estimate. Mr. Rooter came right out. They gave me what I thought was a reasonable estimate with two options. I decided on the lower cost, hopeful option and said I would wait for another quote if it was determined that I needed the much higher cost second option. Fortunately the low cost option did the trick. I was so happy and satisfied with the relatively quick work, I asked the plumber to give me a quote on something else I needed. "What a great experience, which is truly unusual in these times of all fluff and less service. First, the salesman, Joe Stegeman, was excellent. He was prepared, courteous, seemed to understand right away what we wanted and stepped us through the process. The fact that he could also schedule the installation right there at our dining room table surprised and impressed me. I will admit I was skeptical, and expected a phone call that would delay or reschedule. That was not the case. The plumber, I believe Ryan, showed up at 7 a.m. and was very professional. Within an hour he had roughed in the plumbing and was ready to leave. Right at that time, Joe the installer showed up in the driveway and was ready to start. He was very pleasant, professional, and made to sure put down drop cloths the entire pathway to the bathroom. (By the way, unnecessary in a household with 3 dogs who bring everything in.) He was very quick and actually had to wait for the County inspector about 45 minutes until Joe could continue with the installation. Joe was terrific. He told us what he was doing and was very accommodating with our questions. Heâ s patient with old people who are inquisitive (and I admit nervous) about whatâ s happening. When he was done, all was cleaned up and he explained everything about the care of the bathtub and materials, and the plumbing areas. Please give a shout-out or potential bonus to Joe. We thought he was great, and a wonderful employee and representative for your company. Keep him happy and around!"

"This is a good company to deal with. James, the owner, was out within one hour to diagnose our problem. The next morning the technicians, Brian and Josh were out to take care of our drain issues. Brian made a point of showing me the camera footage of the main drain. The did a great job on the main and two other drains. They also cleaned up very well when they were done. Brian also noticed an issue with our bathtub stopper and fixed it without an extra charge. The pricing was transparent. They have a nice email notice system and called when they were on the way. "I contacted Remodeling Plus to give me an estimate for remodeling a basement, which entailed creating 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and a creating walls for a general purpose area out of the basement space. I am extremely glad I choose Remodeling Plus for several reasons. Bill, the owner of Remodeling Plus, and his colleague, Mark, have a great attitude. After working with several different tradesmen, it is a pleasure to work with people who want the customer to be satisfied and good to great lengths to ensure their satisfaction. For example, after I had carpet installed, he was there the same evening to finish trimming the doors so they wouldn't drag on the carpet. Bill provided great guidance on the project. His initial estimate for the project was quite accurate. The project cost more by the end because I made changes to the scope of the project. Bill recommended several good contractors to perform the electrical, drywall, and HVAC work. He also recommended working directly with my local municipality for the permitting process for speed of response by the municipality and cost. He also made recommendations of how to lay out the space in the bathroom based on his experience and the constraints of the space. His many years of experience in carpentry and home remodeling shows in the quality work he performs. For example, we had sliding doors installed for the closet built for the bedroom. Bill took the time to trim the sliding doors to fit around the base molding so the door fits flush to the wall instead of leaving a gap between the wall and sliding door. He also trimmed the doors up for the short basement. His knowledge and experience helped as the project grew and changed. He was able to fill in the floor with concrete after the plumber broke up a 30 foot long, 2 foot wide trench for the new sewer line. He was able to install 2 new basement windows into slots that had weird angles and require building a new frame for it. He can perform plumbing and electrical work if building permit is not required. I have lived in the remodeled space for about 1 month. It is hard to imagine what the space looked like before. The space is comfortable, well laid-out, and very functional."
