"I had never had experience with a broken/leaking water heater so had no company in mind so I was a bit nervous in choosing the right company. Owner of the company, Mark contacted me directly and came out the same day to do the work. He gave me a fair ballpark quote verbally and then after I sent him my water heater specs and space via email photos, he gave me an official quote without even coming out. When he arrived, he did a quick walk through and confirmed cost would be as quoted. Price was very reasonable (compared 2 other companies) for a new 40 gallon natural gas water heater and the work was completed in less than 2 hours.
