"I reached out to Vince after reading through numerous reviews of plumbers and am very happy I gave him a call. I had used another company to do a "service" on my oil boiler that had become very inefficient...$200 later with them telling me it was all fixed, nothing changed. No one wants to hear the fun news of a boiler replacement, but I am glad I got in touch with Vince before I got stuck with no heat in the middle of winter. Vince gave me great advice on how to maintain the new unit, best practices, and things to check up on regularly. He took my calls a week after he was done when I had some follow-up questions for him and backs his work-up for a year after the new install. Overall A+."

It also helps that First choice offers two year no interest financing. The work crew came in on Monday morning, twenty minutes before they said they would. I have a big basement, it took them two days from start to finish. When they were done, one of the guys gave me a walk around explaining everything. Boy, my basement never looked so clean and good. They were very professional, quick and left the basement immaculate. Highly appreciated. And here's the thing, the very next Sunday thru Monday, we had a rain storm and my basement was dry as a bone. I could actually see the water as it was coming out of the pipe outside my house from the sump pump. It's been predicted that this Sunday - Monday we're gonna have a worse rainstorm than last week. "My initial phone call with the owner made me feel at ease in an otherwise stressful situation (furnace stopped working a few days before temperatures were forecasted to drop into the 10 - 20º range. He explained their approach, process and commitment to fairness and honesty. While this could just be a good sales pitch, it felt sincere and I came to realize they truly stand by those values. They were able to get a tech over to my house that same day, and after only 20 minutes, the problem was diagnosed (gas valve had died). No upselling, no fear mongering about other what ifs that they could also help with now. Just straight to the point and a plan to return and replace the part the following day. Sure enough, the next morning, a tech was back out to my place with the replacement part. He had it installed and the heat back on in 30 minutes. Communication was excellent throughout the process, with standard updates via email/text and conversational updates by phone. This is a top notch company. I would definitely recommend working with them!"

"We had an emergency repair in our house we recently moved into, consisting of a toilet that had apparently never been caulked and had loosened from the floor to the point of leaking a little when it flushed. Tom Evans called shortly after I submitted the request, and he and his partner Jerry showed up within twenty minutes after that and were finished with the job in under an hour. They had everything it needed on their truck - a new wax ring, new plastic shims to replace the wooden ones that had been there previously, and a new caulk job. The toilet flushes fine with no leaks, and it's now very sturdy and not going anywhere. Based on this experience, I would use Tom's Plumbing and Heating again, and would highly recommend them to others."

I contacted Gomez Vision in mid-summer of 2022 for an addition project that included a walk-in closet and a full bath and soon realized that I had contacted just the right folks for my project and was very impressed with Jorge, the companys head, for his skills and depth of knowledge. Jorge gave me a written proposal outlining the work to be done in details and the time needed to finish each segment of the construction process. After signing the contract, Jorge applied for and obtained all the needed permits (construction, plumbing, electric) for the project and was available onsite for each and every inspection tour that the city mandated. Jorge and his team always showed up to work as promised, they were efficient and reliable and took all measures to leave the place as neat as it can be. At every juncture of the construction process, Jorge would take time to explain in detail the work that lays ahead and the materials to be used highlighting the cons and pros of each and the leaving it up to us to make the final choice. Although Jorge listened carefully to our ideas he never hesitated to share his suggestions with us to ensure that work was done to our utmost benefits and to the highest standards. Jorge was always willing to go the extra mile and accommodate any of our requests even when it meant extra work for him and some deviation from the original plan. I was so astonished to see that Jorge did many small things in the newly constructed area that were not part of the contract but he deemed necessary without asking for compensation for his work. No doubt Jorge and his team did an excellent job on our project and they did it in a timely fashion! As for costs, I believe that Jorge gave us a reasonable and a fair price for the high quality of work that he and his team did and he offered me a very flexible payment schedule. Finally, on a personal note, Jorge and his team were extremely friendly, polite, courteous and conducted themselves in a highest level of professionalism.
