"Adam the Plumber was competent, friendly, knowlegeable and efficient. Next Plumbing was very fast at responding to my inquiry and replacing my water heater IN ONE DAY. When the new water heater blew a fuse over night, Adam the Plumber came out the very next day (even if it did it cost me an extra $100, which I could debate if I wanted to). The cost of a plumber is notoriously expensive, but I commend Adam and Next Plumbing for sticking exactly to the estimate (less the $100 he next day). We are new to the area, now we have a go-to plumber if and when we need one. Responsive, honest, competent."

"Dominick arrived earlier than promised and immediately saw the problem. I was feeling pretty foolish for not thinking to prime
the pump. (I guess I believed when the pump was said to be self-priming). It never occurred to me. (Senior moment). He added water to the bowl and everything worked perfectly. Thank you. He gave me a break in the quoted price and I appreciated it very much.
American Leak Detection was recommended to me by another Angie's List provider and a check with Angie's List ratings confirmed to me that this was a good choice of provider.

"The work crew did an excellent job. I had both my bathrooms remodeled after water damage. They worked efficiently, and always cleaned up, and never left me with a mess. All the workers were very polite, and always came to work when they said they would come. I would definitely hire them again. A great group of men. ."

"Everything was 5-star except for Customer Service. I originally made an appointment via Home Advisor and was told when BF Plumbing called that the time was not available and that a “time window” was required. So made the appointment for the same day between the hours of 10-2pm. At 2:30pm I called asking where the plumber was and was told I was not on the schedule. Not happy spending 4.5 hours to find that out the day of the appointment. Spoke with someone at BF Plumbing who took down all the information about the job to be done etc......so don’t understand the mishap. Other than that they showed up the next day and did a great job."
