The plumber arrived on time Sat morning and had everything ready to go. Well organized. Work was completed on time and we only had to have the water off for 2 hours. "Lets start with the good. Our installers were exceptional. They were professional, friendly, neat, apologetic for the customer service issues and delays that were out of their control. If I ever have to do any more remodeling it would be an absolute pleasure to have Tyler, Colton, Domingo or Arnulfo back in my home. Now the unpleasant. The customer service rep that was assigned to our case caused us alot of distress. First the job was delayed 2 weeks before we were to start. My husband and I had both taken the week off from work, found coverage for our shifts, so it was not like we could just say "oh we don't need the week off, we can work". We not only had to take the original week off, but then we had to take another week off for when the job was rescheduled. When we tried to explain the bind that put us in, we were basically told, to bad, you either take the new date or cancel the job. The day the rescheduled job was supposed to start no one showed up. We called the project manager to find out what was happening. Well he forgot to schedule it. Luckily he did manage to get two crews out to our house for the rest of the week since we had two bathrooms being done at once. Then we find out that the person who measured did not take into account the plumbing and electrical locations. We had to get an extra plumber our there to move a pipe, and they needed to put a huge new whole in the opposite wall for a new breaker box. Then the electrician canceled and we had to wait a week, and take another day off from work for him to come. Lastly lets not even discuss trying to get an inspector out there when they were supposedly scheduled to come. If it wasn't for how wonderful Tyler, Colton, Domingo and Arnulfo were I might have told the company to just come get their stuff and cancel. I am still traumatized by the whole experience with the project manager and all the delays and screw ups. However because the 4 guys did such an amazing job I do love my jacuzzi tub and walk in shower."

"My husband and I tried to locate the source of a foul smell coming from the sink in a guest bathroom on a Saturday morning and got ourselves in trouble and ended up with a leak. We were in a panic, as we had guests arriving Monday morning. We contacted Alvco Plumbing on the recommendation from our cousin who had given us their ad in the Villages newsletter. Tim, Jr. told us he could come by early Monday morning and assess our situation. He graciously called us later on Saturday afternoon and said he could swing by and help us out. He was AMAZING and did a thorough assessment of our plumbing issue, fixed our mistake and saved us a lot of headache. Throughout the process, he explained everything, gave us options, respected our home, was extremely clean, and thoroughly cleaned the work area when done. We are grateful to now have Alvco Plumbing listed in our contact list as our plumber and are working to have them to return to do additional work. There is a peace of mind when you can trust and rely on a contractor. Believe me - we just had a different plumber in our home two weeks prior who never returned to finish the job they started (unfortunately, we had already paid him for the job - lesson learned!)"
