"Plumbing tech was professional and polite. Disappointed with pricing. Due to fact I was explicit with the details of the job requested, a quote could of been provided over the phone before setting an appointment from competitive plumbing contractors. To keep costs down, I had to limit the plumber to repairing/replacing the toilet tank water line (old bidet water line adapter was stuck and unable to disconnect), so I had to complete the installation of the new bidet onto the toilet bowl myself, which took less than 5 minutes... but saved me an additional $200+!"

"Very professional. The estimate was good, not low and not high. They assigned a top plumber to the task with a large number of assistance to get my job done. The plumbing installation was a work of art! You can always tell when someone is a true craftsman that takes pride in their work. I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future. One important note. There was no pressure sales or up selling. I wanted a particular brand for water heater and they supplied without any issues. Likewise I provided my own water softener and they installed the loop and connections. They are a quality company!"

"Our 38 year old home had water line leakage problems that were not only reflected on our water bill but with a "pooling" puddle near the house. Another plumber came out to make a repair visit and a follow-up "problem" visit a month later that still did not stop the problem. A month later when the problem arose for a third time we went on "Angi' seeking a replacement of the line. Robert of Coles Excavating contacted me along with a number of others. His personal conversations, both helpful and informative, impressed me; also his comparatively lower bid. Coles Excavating not only did a fine job replacing the water line, (I waited 30+ days before sending in this review) but Robert's continuing information and support as things progressed was greatly appreciated.
