His ability to diagnose a leak that had perplexed countless plumbing predecessors before him resolved a 7 year old issue that kept a hole in my ceiling while preventing us from using the master bathroom shower. "Andrew was a few minutes early and aside from show up for an appointment as promised, was friendly, helpful, and did exceptional work on two jobs. He was able to replace an old bathroom fixture which required breaking loose an old installation, and fixed another leak.
