The "big" companies had claimed the entire sewer line was shot and needed to be replaced at costs ranging from $12K to $15K. Zach reviewed everything and told me my sewer line only needed regular maintenance and cleaning at a cost of a couple hundred dollars a year and the full replacement was not needed at all. He could easily have convinced me to spend several thousand on a replacement with him, but his honesty and integrity shone through.
