The work went very well.  Ricardo and team were always punctual and on schedule.  My wife and I were pretty indecisive on color and the guys patiently worked with us to see different opitons until we settled on one we loved.  In addition, after the work was done, I found a spot that wasn't restained (my fault).  They guys stopped by the next day and fixed it for us.

"Went great.  Person came out.  I walked them through locations of foundation cracks and 3 window wells that would fill with water and seep in through window seals as there was no drain in wells.  Price was fair and the team that came out and did the work did so in a professional manner.  Chipping out concrete is never clean but they were careful to cover up items in the basement and ensured that they cleaned up both the interior and exterior sites that they worked on.  They put rubber membrane and re-tarred several water intrusion locations as a part of the service - from the outside of the building.  The basement is dry and I haven't seen any evidence of moisture since they completed the work.  This is a necessity if anyone is thinking of finishing an area like this in their house.
