"Hever’s Fine Touch Paint is top notch small business. The paint crew wwas at the job site every day. They kept me informed on every aspect of what and when things were going to be completed each day. The completed job is beautiful. "I had exterior siding repair, general pressure washing of decks, and exterior painting done. The service was high quality and neighbors are asking for referrals. The gentlemen that worked on my house were timely, professional, friendly, and careful to protect my lawn/foliage around the house. They welcomed feedback from me and ensured to address my concerns about my paint choice and what areas to include in trim. The owner, Carlos, took time to give me his professional opinion about the best way to achieve my paint goals. Would definitely rehire for additional work!"

"CALL THEM NOW FOR YOUR ROOFING OR PAINTING NEEDS. I did not know where to start on my roofing project and West Coast Roofing not only provided expert consult but the finished product is something they should be very proud of. Our process started with having a free estimate so we can see what needs to be done. Victor is very friendly and professional and provided me with three different products so I can decide which is the best for my house. No pressure and he is very detailed! Have him come out for a bid on your project! When the project started Victor let me know when I would expect the team to arrive and they were ON TIME! Jorge, the project manager, and his team work hard and sometimes they stayed longer just to make sure each phase of the project is on track. They protected the lower level of the house for the roof tear off and did a great job cleaning up after each day. 100% would use them again for other projects in their wheelhouse."

"Sam just painted our house in S. Salem. He and his team did a WONDERFUL job. We are beyond pleased with the workmanship, the entire process, and the final outcome. We would recommend Sam’s painting and remodel to anyone!! We have a very large house, 12 years old, and has not been painted since it was built. Sam and his team did all the prep, minor repairs, and paid extreme attention to detail. They delivered as promised and were clean, neat, and organized throughout the job."

"The job went beautifully from start to finish.  Communication was good with both Charles and Colin.  They each have a strong aesthetic sense and made good suggestions.  The craftsmanship of the quartz and butcher block countertops is excellent, as is the match with the new cabinet they installed, and the tiling work that Colin did for the backsplash is excellent as well.  He asked for our preferences with regard to details along the way, which we appreciated.

The job started and finished on time.   They kept the worksite immaculate and removed all waste.   Working with them was a very good experience and the result is what we had hoped for.   "

"Ken Smith and his team were professional and punctual throughout the experience, and always arrived on time. We got 3 bids from Portland area painting companies, all rated very highly on Angie's List. Ken's was the lowest, but that is not the main reason we hired him. He also provided the type of paint job we sought which included back-brushing the second coat instead of rolling and using Miller Paint. The house had last been painted 14 years ago. The paint job itself had held up pretty well, but the paint was oxidizing badly and changing color. We also had some mildew. Ken came to see our house for an estimate in mid-April. We received Ken's bid and proposed contract 3 days later by email. The price included discounts offered to Angie's List members and seniors. His service also includes a 3-year warranty, but customers have the option of adding up to 3 more years at extra cost. We opted to accept the standard warranty rather than pay for an the extra one, partly on his recommendation.  Ken came to our house in early May to go over the contract and proposed schedule.  Basically the job included pressure washing with a bleach product, masking off and covering windows, covering plants and concrete areas, scraping and sanding loose paint areas, recaulking, base coat on the siding sprayed on with second coat brushed on, trim brushed on, large doors sprayed. Shutters were removed, sprayed and replaced. We asked for a few things to be specified further in an attached addendum which Ken readily agreed to accept. We gave Ken a 25% deposit the day we signed the contract and stayed in touch by email. He called the day before when it was time to start the actual work. Chad power-washed the housed on 6/6. The painting was tentatively scheduled to begin the following week, but it rained every day.  As soon as the weather cleared, Ken called to say that his team could start mid-morning the next day (6/18). Workers began arriving around 10:45. There were 7 of them the first day, 5 the next. Ken also came part of the time. They began working immediately and steadily under the lead of Scott. It was obvious that each member of the team knew what to do as they all set about specific tasks. By 4 p.m. the front and south side of the house had been sprayed while other areas were scraped and prepped. Five workers began arriving the next morning shortly after 7:00 a.m. Workers finished spraying the rest of the house while others caulked, painted the trim, shutters and doors, etc.  The entire project was completed at 3:30 the second day. We walked around with Ken and noticed a few minor things which were fixed immediately. After they left, I could find very little evidence they'd been here - only a few very small pieces of tape and flaked off paint that had blown under shrubs. And the house looks great - in just 13.5 hours of work.
