"Ben and Paul did a GREAT job. I was surprised how much prep work they did. They Power washed the house a few days before, let it dry and prepped all of the surfaces. Everything was covered with masking paper, then taped, then painted. These men know their craft, and the house looks great! When they were done, everything was cleaned up . I should mention I interviewed 4 different companies I selected after extensive checking online for the best companies in the Plymouth area. From start to finish the company performed extremely well in every aspect of the process. Ryan, the company contact who came out to review and estimate the job, took the time to really look at the details of what was needed. For example, we had some discussion around the best way to paint around the gutters, after which we agreed they would wrap the gutters to keep paint off of them. The company provided a long list of references, of which I actually called 6 and discussed their experiences with the company. All gave glowing reports, and from their comments I could tell they were not plants for the company. Ryan and the crew were always on time and very businesslike. The painting crew chief had 14 years of experience with the company and it showed. They power cleaned the house one day, and did the painting, deck repair, and staining/sealing in two. There were no surprises with additional charges. The estimate was exactly what I paid. I do not enjoy dealing with the skilled trades because so many are less than great, and sometimes worse. Woodbrook is a refreshing difference from those kinds of service providers."

To get the process started, Jon Nelson personally visited our home and conducted a detailed assessment of the areas to be painted and also examined the rest of the house for future work. He very promptly provided us with an estimate for the first phase as well as the future work. He worked closely with us to carefully choose the specific brand and colors of paint. The highly professional work his team conducted included patching and sanding in preparation, followed by the application of the appropriate layers of different tones of paint for the walls and ceilings. At the end of each workday, the crew cleaned up and stored their gear, and when the job was complete, they left the work area cleaner and much more orderly than when they began. They were professional, polite, worked carefully, and made friends with our large dog Ruffio. We are looking forward to their return to paint the rest of our home in the near future."

"TrueCoats LLC was absolutely the best for my job I needed done. Repair holes left from putting in ceiling fans, fixed a crack in one of my ceilings. They were polite and very thorough. The put plastic every where, they had to sand, and when they left I didn't even have to clean a counter. There was no dust anywhere. The work , was amazing, the boss was very careful while inspecting the work, making sure everything was perfect and it was. They really could not have done it better .
