"There was minimum preliminary discussion (e.g. color, prep, etc). They power washed the exterior, allowed it to dry, scraped off old flaky paint, sanded, and painted. I didn't like the color first coat, and without objection they adjusted it to my liking and applied that new color on the second coat. What a difference it made. My house looks so much better now.
