"Excellent. I would recommend Dennis and his crew to anyone. They did a fantastic job in a timely manner and helped get me and my dog reunited in our comfy new home. He also communicated with me regularly so that I always knew what was going on. Thank you Dennis!"

"The difficult, complicated job went fantastically well. Joe Hagget was a great person with which to work. His crew was careful, friendly, thorough. Lots of clean up was done every night. They listened to my requests (and changes of mind) all through the huge project. I simply could not have had a better contractor or result!"

"Kitchen remodel 2024 4/15/2024- 5/21/2024 From our very first meeting, during the design process and through the construction to completion, every person we came into contact with from Benchmark and various subcontractors were professional, polite, knowledgeable and friendly. Lee guided us step by step during the entire process of picking our cabinets, counters, flooring and the design of a custom cat area to accommodate a pet drinking fountain. Ian and his crew did an outstanding job installing the cabinets and the finish work. Any concerns we had were addressed timely and to our satisfaction. All subcontractors (floor, electric, plumbing, and counter tops) were excellent. Any concerns were addressed fully. When Lee and Ian say they want customers 100% satisfied, they mean it and it happens. Thank you Benchmark for our beautiful kitchen!"

"Zach and his worker, Ben, are real professionals and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing their house painted (stained), outside or in. We will hire them again in the future for deck staining and other interior painting without any reservations."

"Very professional, friendly and easy to work with. Job was completed and well done in a timely manner. I would certainly hire again and highly recommend for your paint job."

"I hired Jev Jesjunins as general contractor/project manager to renovate and rebuild a mid-1950’s ranch home in Portland which had not been updated since initial construction. During the process we discovered many unanticipated problems from leaking pipes and leaking basement walls to seemingly unending roadblocks with the City's building department. All issues were resolved in a highly professional and efficient manner. In addition to managing the project and working with subcontractors, Jev’s company was directly involved in rough and finished carpentry, sheetrock hanging/finishing, windows/doors installation, insulation, building the garage and mudroom, front porch, and back deck. His company also handled gutters installation; interior and exterior painting and various handyman projects. Jev was also a great partner in questions of design. I would like to emphasize the great result of my new three bathrooms (there was originally only one). They are pieces of art. Jev's crew which includes a designer, plumbers, electricians, cabinet makers, and tile installers created outstanding looking bathrooms with lots of unique fixtures - steam/shower cabin, jacuzzi, heated floors, smart toilets, unique selection of floor and wall tiles, closets, and shelving."

"Bob came over as expected and painted my room. It only took him 3 hours, yet I paid for 6. However the trim work was a mess and he offered to come back the next day to do it so I could get the 6 hours I paid for. So after he left I went out and purchased the trim paint to have ready for the next day. He was back the next morning and my room looks great!"
