Charlie and the rest of the paint crew (2-3 other crew members) paid much attention to detail when applying two coats of stain to all the wood, a feat so important to staining the rough cedar posts for good coverage. They showed up promptly and cleaned up after each of the 3 days. This was all done with brush and roller, no sprayers. I had previously used Ranalli Painting, Inc. to stain my entire cedar siding house with a transparent stain (NOT A PAINT STAIN), a job that only one other contractor would even do because of the difficulty in applying the very thin transparent stain (which lets the wood grain show through). Ranalli did such an excellent job on staining my house (an $11,000 job) I felt most fortunate to have them able to stain my new deck! "I called Smith & Rogers and left a message requesting an estimate for removing existing tile and replacing it with another floor tile also installing one full wall of mosaic tile all in our powder room. I received a timely response to set up an appointment. Bill came out and gave us an estimate which we accepted. He was very professional and very nice to work with. Dan Rogers and his helper Dave arrived on time and immediately started doing the work. They laid the tile and returned the next day completing the grout. They did am excellent job of cleaning up at the end of each day. After a day or two, I could see a haze or film on some of the floor tiles. I called Dan to ask for his advice as to what to use to help clean it. Dan said they would return and take a look. He and Dave returned and applied a solution that took care of the problem. We are delighted with our completed powder room and will be calling Smith & Rogers again soon to replace our existing shower."
