He arrived early, but waited until the scheduled time to knock on the door. He managed his time well and completed the job a day ahead of what was originally scheduled. It was originally my job to get the paint, which I forgot to do, but Josh had no problem going to the store and ordering the paint. He was very honest, leaving me the receipts and all the extra materials. Oh did I forget to mention parts of the base boards around the cabinets were cracked, he replaced them with no problem. "Two-man crew, 9.5 days to sand, prime and coat exterior and atrium. Everyone was prompt, polite, and hard-working.
Very minor issues--some primer on windows that I did not notice until they had gone. The house is modern, with a lot of glass--protecting that was a major effort. Some trash (food wrappers, water bottles, plastic sheeting) left in yard was easy to overlook amidst ours.
