"I wrote a review about work Wood Painting did on the outside of my house. I hired them again to paint the interior of my rental house, 9 + rooms. They masked and covered light fixtures, fans etc., removed all outlet/switch face plates, and blinds. There were ugly, outdated wallpaper borders in every room of the house. The wallpaper was put up with some type of glue, not wallpaper paste. Needless to say that presented a problem, the paper would not come off of the walls. The painters tried to remove as much as possible, but it would not budge, so they did some magic, and poof no more wallpaper borders. Everything looks great. Everything was done to perfection. I am very satisfied with their work."

"CPP Painting arrived on time, completed the work as agreed and wrapped up the project(s) ahead of schedule. The finished product was better than expected. We needed some assistance with paint coloring ideas and their suggestions were amazing. We originally hired CPP for some interior painting, flooring, baseboard and cabinet work. We then re-hired them a second project that included exterior painting and additional interior flooring & cabinet work. "I contacted Greg A. Bailor Drywall & Painting in September 2014 for interior texture and paint for a residential property built in 1911. When I called I was able to speak directly to the owner, Greg Bailor.  I explained that I was managing the renovation of the residence from Virginia, 2500 miles away. We discussed my needs at length and he scheduled a date the following week for a complete walkthrough of the house including the basement. He emailed a detailed estimate two days later.  That I was not able to be on site to see the progress would be a challenge, but he said it would be no problem and we both agreed good communication would be the key. His team started work three days later.
Over the next two weeks Greg and I were in contact almost everyday. He was great about keeping me updated on the progress of his team.  He and I also had many consults about the color scheme and texture for the interior of the house. He was very patient and walked me through many of his suggestions. In this case, I really left the creative eye to the professional and trusted his experience to deliver a beautiful result.  He did not disappoint. I was able to make a trip to Reno a few weeks later to see the work.  As I walked through the front door I couldn?t believe the stunning transformation throughout the whole house.  He really made it new again.
In February 2015 I contact Greg Bailor again to complete the final touch ups after the installation of new doors, a new kitchen and a new bath. He began work two weeks later and had the project finished in two days. Touch ups took a bit longer because the baseboards needed to be primed and repainted due to overspray of tung oil application by the hardwood floor refinishers.
Greg Bailor and his team were great to work with and extremely accommodating. Their professionalism and attention to detail are second to none.  I would hire Greg A. Bailor Drywall & Painting again and highly recommend them for any painting needs.  They do beautiful work at a fair price.

"For a while, I was really always it seems that anytime I needed something, I couldn't get it timely. The first they would ask, for instance, when my air conditioning went out I had them and it's well have you maintained it. The application being that if you couldn't produce maintenance records they weren't going to do it. So on air conditioner was unhappy. They shocked me . I had a recent leak inside the loft. They sent somebody out here. They really did a good job on it. They were timely. A leak within the draining system inside the wall, I was getting water damage down the wall. They sent a plumber out. He opened up the wall and replaced the piping in there and then patched the wall back up. They don't do finish work on their patch up but hey do the patch. He was a pretty sharp young man. He was responsive. He came and he needed some things. he went and got them. He came right back. That was one that I was wondering if they were even going to do caus they'd been going on for a while. It was a drainage pipe in the wall. It was a manufacturing defect that had probably leaked from some early years of the home and got progressively worse until I could hear it. Actually when I would turn on the water on a certain faucet I could hear it drip down onto a fireplace. That's how I knew what it was. They don't do the finish. You do the finish. They do the patch. The only reason I kept them was because they showed me a different face with that repair. Before it seemed like everything you wanted they had a reason not to do it."
