"We first hired Chris of CQ Painting after reading good reviews on Angie's List in 2012. We hired Chris for exterior painting which included replacing and painting wooden trim around the windows and doors. Due to the good work initially, I have hired Chris multiple times since, including the skim-coating/painting of two rooms (once to cover up splatter paint decorating and the other to fix another company’s wall paper removal gone bad in our powder room). Most recently, we hired Chris for drywall repair/painting associated with a kitchen/family room refresh; during this project, I learned learned Chris’ company was expanding into other areas and I subsequently hired him for an interior door project and to install several lighting fixtures in our dining room and foyer. Everything turned out beautifully. In all the jobs for which he was hired, Chris and his crew arrived on time, have always been respectful, pay attention to detail, and are great at cleaning up afterward. "Dominick was timely with his appointment to provide an estimate. His estimate was accurate, and they kept to their timeline. Their office staff was incredibly professional and courteous. The crew arrived, prepped the work area with plastic where appropriate, and within 20 minutes were jackhammering the existing concrete. They didn't waste any time! The crew was courteous and professional. They hauled away all the debris as promised, making sure to keep the driveway clean of material. They laid down plastic outside in their staging area for concrete - a nice touch to keep the driveway clean. They cleaned up after themselves thoroughly in the basement, walked me through their finished project, and were just generally a nice group of guys who got the job done quickly, efficiently and on budget. They even patched a few holes outside of the original scope of work. Can't ask for more than that."

"Steve Pfister promptly returned my call for an estimate and visited the site within a few days. We chose Midwest Painting based on Steve?s knowledge and experience painting Hardie siding, his competitive bid, and his communications with us.
 
Steve and his team came on the scheduled date, power washed the house, patio and walkway, and even did the brick side of the house and chimney that they did not work on. The next day they primed the areas that were peeling, started painting the Hardie siding, and sealed the front walkway.  The second day, they finished the back of the house and patio.  They also found a few loose boards that they nailed in place and painted the top of our bay window. We were most impressed by their attention to detail, neatness, and no damage to our landscape. We are very pleased with the results and will definitely call them for our next painting project.

"Jason repainted our wrought iron fence. It had a lot of rust on it, so a lot of grinding was required to prep it for paint. That took a day. On day 2 he did the painting. The fence looks great, the paint was applied liberally yet evenly, and Jason is very nice and very easy to work with.
