Martin was very clear from the start about what he would do—from caulking cracks and gaps (that had never been filled in all the years our 1958-built ranch has been around) to small stucco repairs to prep and painting. And he followed the plan exactly. JR’s is truly is a family business, too. Martin and his son were there every day—and some days his niece and sister-in-law helped out as well.
