"I wqill mprobably wait bThe meeting and ensuing discussions went very well. George is a big likeable guy who sticks to the facts and does not exert any pressure on the potential customer. He outlined an engineering solution to invasive moisture and foundation erosion by building a sub-terainian trench around the house and inserting high quality plastic piping to sustain a continued drain-off of the moisture. The solution by its very nature is labor intensive and I thought that the price of approximately $3500 was reasonable. I currently do not have this problem so awhile. If i had water in my basement, I don't think I would hesitate.

"OK in general. The work was delayed a lot by the weather. The rotten top two 2x4 beams (10 feet long) were removed and replaced and primer placed on the bare wood during the first visit. That part of the job was excellent. When it came time to paint the new wood, the worked thought he was to do the carpentry work first. He noted it was done and offered to paint the entire trellis. He used a roller then a brush, but it was blue on blue, and I couldn't tell if anything was not painted. However it was clear he did not cover the white primer on the new wood well at all. There were multiple white areas showing. This could not be seen at eye level, but was glaringly obvious as you went up the stairs to our front porch, and was easily seen from the porch. I reported this to the manager, and she sent out a professional to finish the job correctly."

"From start to finish, SI Restoration was professional and timely. They were such a gem to work with during a very tough time. Our home suffered water damage from a water leak in the kitchen to the basement. The team sent to my home (same day) was courteous, knowledgeable, and set up the drying equipment. They explained the process to me and answered all of my questions. They came back every day to monitor the moisture levels and made adjustments as necessary. I would highly recommend this company."

"Back in early March Junior reglazed my bathtub. A few hours after he left I noticed there was a section that looked odd; I attempted to rub it off, but it had already hardened. I immediately called Junior who said that he must have dropped some caulk on the tub surface. I don't understand how he did not see the caulk himself. He then suggested that I rub it off and I let him know that I had already tried to, but it was hard. I was not going to scrap it off for fear of scratching the glaze and then I'd have a peeling tub and $445 down the drain. He said that he would stop by the following weekend to remove the caulk. That was in March. Since then, he scheduled several appointments to come out, but each time he was a no show. The tub is bright white and shiny, which makes the clump of dried caulk stick out like a sore thumb. Also, when Junior arrived to look at the tub, he gave me an upsell suggestion to do something to the tub surround. He said that it would âmake the surround look brand new for an additional $50. That was not right. He did nothing to the surround. I know because the same dried water beads that were on the wall when he arrived were there when he left. Overall, with the exception of the clump of dried caulk, the tub came out nice. However, customer service and ones character are as important."
