We had asked if he could weatherproof some windows. He could have gone through the motions, shoved some things in there and charged us. Instead, he said he couldn't do it, and suggested other vendors/options that might handle the problem. My only regret is that I didn't submit this review sooner.

"We got Raymond's Plastering and Decorating name from Angie's List.  I called and Tom immediately responded.  He came to look at the job and said he would get back with a quote, which he did within day.  We determined a start day and said it would take 2-3 days.  He started the job on a Monday and finished on Wednesday.  He was very professional, did a great job and thoroughly cleaned up every day.

We have already recommended him to friends and are looking forward to using him again, without hesitation, in the future."
