"Great! The man was right on time. He worked consistently until done. The tub didn't look like a new tub. It looked like it had been painted white, but I am completely satisfied with it. It is safer than it has ever been. The coating on the tub has something in it that keeps it from being slippery. The non-slippery surface is on the bottom of the tub and the upper outside edge where you put your hands when getting out of the tub. It also came with five year written guarantee."

"I called Smith & Rogers and left a message requesting an estimate for removing existing tile and replacing it with another floor tile also installing one full wall of mosaic tile all in our powder room. I received a timely response to set up an appointment. Bill came out and gave us an estimate which we accepted. He was very professional and very nice to work with. Dan Rogers and his helper Dave arrived on time and immediately started doing the work. They laid the tile and returned the next day completing the grout. They did am excellent job of cleaning up at the end of each day. After a day or two, I could see a haze or film on some of the floor tiles. I called Dan to ask for his advice as to what to use to help clean it. Dan said they would return and take a look. He and Dave returned and applied a solution that took care of the problem. We are delighted with our completed powder room and will be calling Smith & Rogers again soon to replace our existing shower."
