"Joe Arnold of Merlin Home Magic has been a valuable resource to me at my home in Oregon. He has helped me numerous times with various projects from building and reconstructing fences, installing a new door, and landscaping work. Joe has a broad spectrum of knowledge and has proved to be reliable, punctual, honest, and fair. I have some larger projects planned and anticipate relying on Joe to see them through."

"We did almost the entire house through Paul. Some of his workmanship - especially the fine details like small paint splatter, garage floor epoxy coat application, and cabinet painting - was 3 stars at first. Other work he did - installing new plumbing fixtures, bathtub sliding doors, sheet metal exhaust for kitchen - were 5 stars. Paul consistently worked to get it right and make me happy. He was always responsive and available. His attitude is 5 starts. He was open about his costs. Some things dragged on but most remodel contractors suffer from this ailment. Because of the scarcity of tradesmen in Bend/Central Oregon, I recommend learning the history about his subcontractors before they start work on your house. Most were good but a couple did not have the right experience."

"Working with Sam was great. Any issues at the house he immediately took care of. He made sure we did a final inspection before signing off on the final project. Quality of paint he chose was great. House looks great."

"The garage door opener needed a part that took almost a month to arrive. Fridge and dishwasher also got few weeks before they were actually repaired."

"Worked with Jimmy on interior and exterior painting of my house. He did such a great job my neighbor hired him!"

"Travis did a great job. We needed to fix a tile issue on short notice, charged a very fair price and he came to finish it and did a wonderful job. We would definitely hire again!"
