"I should have written this review long ago-but here I am looking for a roofer on Angies List and decided sing Neils praises as I found him on Angies List last yr. Very few painters paint kitchen cabinets but he does! Lucky you.:)
-He was responsive professional and did an excellent job . He was extremely neat and meticulous.  I was considering painting the cabinets myself but I wanted a quality job-and they look terrific 18 mos later-No nicks-easy to clean . He removed the doors and drawers-sanded them and painted them and then reinstalled everything with new hinges and hardware.  I wanted a little bit of a country look-and a lighter kitchen as the cabinets were solid dark wood -I debated over wall color for some time after the maple flooring and granite counters were installed and he was very patient-offering suggestions and trying out several swatches of color. He was very helpful through the entire process. The kitchen looks great -I would definitely hire Neil again-

"Was done professionally. Sent picture of the damage roof that needed fixed. Replaced the whole roof,repaired front porch repaired the rear rain gutter, faceplate was riped off from the last snow storm and the damaged shingles over bay window. Did great work used high quality shingles and ice garden. I would recommend this business for any other work I would have done..."

"Our painter, who we have used before multiple times with excellent results(but with a different plasterer) commented that he was having a lot of problems getting paint to adhere. It was as if the plaster had not been finished off correctly. When asked about the problem Mr. Dell'Aquila asked "are you sure you're using a professional painter". He was aware that we were having a painter follow him.
The job was done in one day whereas other quotes had stated 2-3 days which was our experience with the other plasterer the painter was used to following(he did not have time in his schedule). Mr Dell'Aquila was done in one day which makes me wonder about the amount/quality of finishing work that was done.
This ended costing us more time spent by the painter and therefore more cost. Penny-wise/pound foolish?

"I had him come over to look at the job, and he told me that it would be $500 on top of the cost of the deal. And I had to purchase the paint as well. The estimate seems quite high. I am not satisfied with the estimate and will be getting a refund."

"Great work. Moved most of the heavy items in the basement, epoxy finish looks amazing. Third floor room went from blue, orange, purple and lime green child's room to a neutral any age bedroom. They tinted the primer for best coverage of old color, two coats of paint. Instead of just touching up the baseboards as we agreed, they repainted them completely so the finish would look better. This is the second job they've done for us. Wonderful company!

"Our old house on the Northside of Pittsburgh was in need of an exterior facelift and a new front porch to replace the one that had collapsed. I met with Dave LaBovick of Exceptional Exteriors and we agreed upon a price, which my wife and I found quite reasonable. The work on the vinyl siding began about a week later and took only a half a day to wrap up. The job was done to our complete satisfaction, The before and after is like night and day. Another crew arrived a few days later to do the porch and sidewalk. They began work on a Thursday afternoon and were finished 24 hours later. Once again, we are very happy with the result. In both cases, they removed all debris and left-over building materials associated with the job. We are not only completely satisfied with the work that Exceptional Exteriors did for us, we are looking forward to hiring them again for our next home project."
