The job seemed to be done on time. He was a little hard to get a hold of and it took some time for him to get back to you. The quality is fine, there is one little job that he has not finished yet and he should finish it this month. He was nice and pleasant to deal with, but hard to get a hold of. I would definitely consider using him again, as there weren't any major issues with him.

"Provider did an excellent job once we were finally able to get him to come over. He was not familiar with the deck stain I bought so in turn we did not get the two coats applied like we wanted. This is partially my fault due to me not informing him that the two coats need to be applied Wet on Wet (applied within 20 minutes of each other). Other than that he showed up when he said he would and performed the work, and a little extra, in a timely and professional manner.

"Jack and his crew did an excellent job. My location is somewhat difficult in several respects. One side of the house faces Lake Champlain and the only access to that side is from the deck. There is no ground on which to stage ladders but they made it work. Parking is also an issue and they were able to bring their trailer and place it in a location that allowed the neighbors access to their property. Sounds confusing but this is "rural Vermont"
The job was a day and half. They cleaned up carefully making sure all nails and old shingles were picked up and removed. Everyone was polite and professional.
