"The management and staff at Spiros Painting were 100% professional from beginning to end. They responded immediately to my request for an estimate. They had someone come out to look at the project site the next day. I had called another painting company who told me that they could not provide an estimate unless I assured them that I would sign a contract within 30 days. Spiros made no such stipulation. Spiros began the work about a week after I accepted their proposal. This was partly to accommodate own my schedule; they could have started earlier. The rear wall of the house is difficult to access, but Spiros was able to deal with the situation without bringing in any special equipment. They scraped and patched the wall thoroughly. I have had experiences with painters in the past whose scraping amounted to a light rubdown. Spiros was very conscientious about removing ALL of the peeling paint. The company was patient with me when I changed my mind a couple of times before the work started, about the color I wanted. The work was finished in two days, partly because it was interrupted by rain. The company cleaned up thoroughly after the job was done. I'm very pleased with the work and the workmanship."

They were not the least or most expensive but right in the middle. Eliazar came out and walked through the process with me a few weeks before the job began, and I felt like I was in very good hands. On work day 1 a big crew came out and got to work and never slowed down. It was about an 8 day job with some downtime due to rain, but they came back as soon as it was dry enough to finish. The walls look spectacular! We are a very unique white stucco townhome community on the lake in Columbia and could not be happier with the way it turned out. Several neighbors have already contact E.M. to take on their work as well. Glenda in the office is nice and responsive and very professional. "Ethan, the sales associate did a great job explaining how Renken does their work and the selection of patterns was in the color range that my wife was interested in. Mahadi was the installer and did a superb job. Great eye for detail and excellent finish. He asked questions to confirm what I wanted or to clarify something. He got the job done in 2 days which included removing moldy green board, replacing one stud which had mold. He treated everything and then did the sealer before installing the finished surface. One other thing...we covered everything in the bedroom with drop cloths but we didn't have a lot of dust. Mahadi didn't use a sledge to knock down walls. He cut out each section and carried it out of the house, minimizing the amount of dust and debris. My wife was REALLY HAPPY about that. There was a little mix up on the shower style but that was resolved the next day by Dan. He was punctual and made sure that everything operated as desired. Amber and Ebony in the office do a great job. Amber does the scheduling and Ebony does the customer service. Both are tops and really make a difference to make sure that my wife and I were satisfied. We are happy with the workmanship and service. Yes, I would recommend Renken to friends and have already had a personal contact ask who did our remodel."
