"The recoating of the bottom of 2 fiberglass tubs was done in a very satisfactory manner"

"My Husband and I were extremely pleased with this company.  Darren, the estimator was fair, Tim, the field manager was thorough in his explanation of the service(s) scheduled, Carlos and his assistant, the painters, were friendly, answered questions, timely, efficient and displayed exceptional workmanship and quality service. Thank you everyone for making our experience a good one."

"I cannot say enough good things about the installer, Todd. He worked with me to make sure I was satisfied with what I wanted and he kept me updated daily. Todd is very personable, honest, detailed and wants to make sure the job is done right - does not take any shortcuts. When I had questions he explained so I understood. The site was cleaned and tidied up daily."

"Blake Zientkowski with ROCA was the general contractor for the repair of the hail and wind damage to our home.  Blake is very very thorough, knowledgeable and he is a great communicator.  He worked with our insurance company to get us a very fair and complete estimate.  We would use Blake again.  I would ask him to be somewhat more visible on location during the work process.

"While he was nice (no issues with personality), he arrived a half hour late, worked very slowly and took too many smoke breaks outside. He took about 3 hours to tape and prime the bathroom (which is pretty small) and after a lunch break he did re-caulk my kitchen counters. He then tried to paint the bathroom. At that time, he told me the paint was inferior and didn't adhere well so I had to go get a better paint - which I went out to do. In the mean time - he did spackle and touch up the walls where we had small blue paint tape marking where it had to be touched up. There were other spots in the house that he didn't get too though. When he finally started to repaint the bathroom with the better paint - he told me time on the coupon ran out and that he would have to come back over the weekend to finish the job (a couple of hours worth of work - up to $200). I had to decline and will paint the bathroom myself. So - overall, in the 8 hours, he did 2 of the 6 tasks on my list (granted the repaint of the bathroom required some prep work, not all tasks being equal I mean). I would have still thought the entire list was doable for a handyman in 8 hours. He must have guessed that he didn't do everything I asked and that I would leave a not great review...During the day I asked him for an estimate on painting my entire ceiling and he never got back to me on that estimate. I am sure he's capable of doing work at a fixed price (not time based). If time based, the meter will run and I believe you'll wind up spending a lot more than you expected to spend. I'm just glad my loss was limited to the price of the Angie's List coupon. Unfortunately, I'll now have to do the remainder of the work myself (which defeats the point of getting a handyman for 8 hours to bang it out!)."

"They were great! They made sure to clean everything thoroughly & quickly! I asked for a deep clean and they did just that. They were also very kind. Great pricing as well. I would definitely recommend JC & CDS LLC for any kind of cleaning service."

"For the price that we paid, I feel that we received a good value. The work was done well and in a somewhat timely manner. There was a delay when the painter had to leave town due to illness in the family. This was unavoidable and Roger communicated with us throughout. Roger's employees are true artist. They came up with affordable solutions for some issues that we had. There are a few places that the paint work was a little sloppy, but considering that we paid about 20% less than the next lowest estimate, we can't complain. The reason that we won't use this company again? The valve that supplies water to our dishwasher broke off during a day early on in the remodel. This was no fault of the crew, just an old valve. The problem is that no one told us this had happened. We turned our dishwasher on and left and when we came back, everything inside, including the end of one of the washer "blades" had melted. I called Roger and we agreed that we would pay to fix the valve and he would pay to replace the damaged dishwasher "blade". He advised me that he had ordered the part, which I had researched and knew to cost around $90. Three weeks later, he said that the part still had not come in. I advised him that I would like to withhold the $125 balance for the completed job until the part was installed. He agreed that was fair. It is 2 months later and we never heard back from Roger about the replacement part. Not only has he not called us, but he has ignored the 2 times that I attempted to contact him to ask about the part. This is extremely unprofessional. If not for that one thing, I would definitely hire him in the future. It's a shame that he ended our contact this way.

"Fair. Couldn't find part and didn't contact me. I reached out to them and they said they would replace. Still waiting for that call. I continue to use them, I've been a customer for many years, because when they are good, they are great. They have repaired many things for us over the years and we are generally pleased with their vendors."

"Very smooth! Tanya was the best!"
