Ryan, the company contact who came out to review and estimate the job, took the time to really look at the details of what was needed. For example, we had some discussion around the best way to paint around the gutters, after which we agreed they would wrap the gutters to keep paint off of them. The company provided a long list of references, of which I actually called 6 and discussed their experiences with the company. All gave glowing reports, and from their comments I could tell they were not plants for the company. Ryan and the crew were always on time and very businesslike. The painting crew chief had 14 years of experience with the company and it showed. They power cleaned the house one day, and did the painting, deck repair, and staining/sealing in two. There were no surprises with additional charges. The estimate was exactly what I paid. I do not enjoy dealing with the skilled trades because so many are less than great, and sometimes worse.
