Through all this, Aden was very communicative and responsive to all my questions. He is easy to reach by phone. I have experience working with various contractors, and D&L impressed me with their quality of framing. Nothing was done sloppily or rushed. They were the most expensive out of the quotes we received but presented the best product at time of pitch. The key is the lifetime guarantee we paid for. As long as this is as they pitched it to be, no questions asked we come out and fix it, it was well worth the $ amount we paid. They were at my location when the insurance adjuster came, included everything I asked for in their quote, handled permit, and forced me to get approval from my HOA to close the loop before they started the work.
