"The Project was a complete success from start to finish! Elias, the Project Manager was excellent. We had a major problem with a roof that was leaking . We had several contractors come to look at the roof for estimates. Elias spent the most time of any of the contractors viewing and evaluating the roof and siding as well as the inside of the house where the water was leaking into and discussed the project with the President of Beantown. He was excellent at explaining what needed to be done. It was not your average "roof job" as the roof abutted a large chimney and the room under the roof was cold and drafty. He was very patient with me as I had many questions about the project. Janice, the Office Manager, was courteous and always available from start to finish. The roofing team was very professional and did an excellent job. They also added the appropriate insulation, new siding to the house by the roof, gutters and appropriate flashing. The roof not only looks great, but the room beneath the roof is no longer drafty and there are no leaks. His team cleaned up after the project was completed such that you wouldn't even know they were there. Elias was so professional and he even contacted us after the first rainstorm to make sure that everything was fine. The Office Manager, Janice sent the Roof Warranty to me right away. "Quick response to repair leak which was great because heavy rains were on the way. Partial roof replacement was very conveniently scheduled around the weather and my and my tenants availability. Work was completed in less than a full day. They cleaned up well. No mess left outside the house or on the porches (3 family house)."

The job turned out more difficult than we thought it would be but Long Roofing made me feel comfortable and reassured that they would fix everything. "I was so glad our condo association hired joe and his company. Firstly, they carefully looked over the work, gave a good estimate. They answered questions I didn't know I had and explained the entire roofing process. They showed up when they said they would and he came with a large crew and got the work done in one day and it was hot! They did a wonderful job and did more than they had contracted for.
