"The price came under the quote. They came exactly when they said they would and they kept the area clean and came back twice to pick up roofing nails that landed in the grass. "I found Mr. Hershberger on angies list, after seachingh for a contractor to fix a supposed problem in my attic, according to homeowners insurance company. When I contacted him he was very helpful in answering all my questions and when he came out to my house to inspect the situation, he also called the windstorm inspection company on my behalf to get clarification . I ultimately hired him to install accordian hurricane shutters throughtout my home. His company did exellent work and I was 100% percent satisfied. I will definitely hire him again for other home improvements/ upgrades.

"They have done several jobs for me. They were able fix my front screen porch, replaced some sink faucets, did some wood floor work, and fixed a couple leaks on my roof. Their prices are very reasonable and I would hire them again."

"Shillem delivered beautifully on everything they contracted to do and went beyond the scope in proactively addressing other issues without increasing the contracted costs. They were amazing and I look forward to being able to have them do work for me again. Could not be more pleased. This company has continued with more and more work to the property. They took over management of the property and made all improvements in readying the buildings and grounds for rental. I am most impressed and pleased with their continued work and will definitely use their expertise in the future. "

Nate was recommended to me by my real estate agent, he came out, inspected my roof, gave me an evaluation for free. "The provider requested OK from Choice Warranty and he was denied. It rained last night and rain came into my home. It could have been avoided if Choice had just approved what I requested. Now, the damage will be greater than necessary. I blame Choice home warranty for my home damage. Now it will cost mote than a simple tarp could have prevented until I could get money to repair roof. The provider was great and tried his best to get something done to my roof but Choice Warranty was horrible and no help. They get a "zero" from me"
