"I was impressed by the timeliness and quality of the installation of our new roof in Great Falls, but I write this review to single out the exceptional service provide by Aiden Soofi, who coordinated all of the effort, including the initial inspection (which revealed hail damage), the filing of a claim with my insurance company, and several site visits, including one where his experience and expertise was critical to demonstrating for the insurance company the cause of the damage. After the claim was approved, Mr. Soofi carefully explained all of my options, brought samples to my home, and identified the materials he recommended for the new roof. At each step of the way, I was always impressed by his professional manner and in depth knowledge. 1. Barry was friendly and professional. He took the time to explain the process to me and all of the technical pieces. He also assisted me with comparing the offers made by another competitor with his, and in the end, was willing to beat their price, and offer better quality products.
2. Victor was the project manager and he was awesome. He was friendly, professional and honest. He answered all of my questions. Victor showed up on the site several times to check on progress. When I saw a couple of
areas that needed addressing, he climbed up on the ladder and took care of it. It was clear that my satisfaction was important to him.
3. Great price, and quality products.
4. For the most part, they cleaned the site well. However, after they left, I found a few small pieces of debris. Perhaps having someone to walk the property to look for those smaller pieces would be helpful. I have a small puppy and didn't want him to end up ingesting one of those small pieces. Nevertheless, they did a pretty good job with clean up.

"This company sanded and repainted our metal wrap around porch room, widows walk metal roof and shallow metal roof over our bay windows.

They also used heat guns to tediously remove decades old paint on our 10 porch columns, reposition 2 of them, filled in cracks and gaps before repainting them.

They were efficient, thorugh and competent completing the work in a timely fashion and removing debris once the work was completed.

"I had premier choice replace my roof as well as interior work in a closet where the roof leaked. The roof looks great and the interior work Jesse did looks perfect. John the general manager communicated with my home owners insurance and HOA and made everything so easy for me. Donna the office manager got back with me immediately when I had questions and was very friendly. I highly recommend Premier Choice, I had a great experience with them and the work looks awesome! "

"I signed the contract to get roof installed in May 2020. Initially, I just wanted a roof repair, but after speaking to the sales person who came to my home---I decided to get a new install. The workmanship of the installers was excellent; i was pleased in every way; including the clean up! The whole installation crew is top notch!!!! I highly recommend this company when it comes to the actual installation process. Here are my concerns: Prior to the install----the sales person raved about the great deal that he could give me but mentioned that the price may change " a little" if the plywood under the shingles is damaged. I told him that I wasn't really comfortable with the possibility of having to pay more than the "deal'" that he was offering. So----according to him he did an "inspection" of my roof and reassured me that based on his observation----he did not anticipate that much, if any of the plywood will be damaged. Needless to say----he just told me what he thought I needed to hear to move forward with the contract. Well---I ended up needing to have 18 sheets of plywood replaced which added over $1, 000 in additional costs to my final bill. When he sent me the photos and invoice, I expressed my disappointment with his sales pitch and lack of transparency and honesty. On the day of the install---I was told that the workers would be at my home between 7 and 7:30 am. When they had not arrived by 9:30 am, I called and was told that there was a mix up and they would arrive by 1:30 pm. They completed the job by 7:30 pm. The day before----the materials were delivered to my home without any notification or confirmation of day/time of delivery. Finally, after the job was completed and the bill paid in full; it took me approximately 2 months of constantly calling them to get a copy of the warranty. The sales person-----was dismissive and kept telling me that he would get it to me the next time he was in the office-----that never happened. Finally---on July 15 after talking to several people and getting the run around, one of the receptionist----sent me a copy of the warranty, but it was not certified by the company. I am not sure why providing the customer with a copy of the warranty that has been certified (signed and dated) by the company----immediately upon the bill being paid in full---- is not a part of their normal business practice!! This is not good customer service. I like this company because I think that they are one of the best ---perhaps the best-----when it comes to workmanship; however, I really do not like that your primary contact is a sales person and not a customer service representative!! I believe that distinction makes a huge difference in the quality of customer service that is provided!"
