"We noticed some water spots on the roof and then water on the outside stucco as well. I looked up reviews of all the companies in the inland empire and got quotes from 4 different companies. Maynor, the owner of Triangle Roofing was the first to respond and he came out that same day as he was going to be in the Temecula Valley area. He knew exactly what was needed and gave a very reasonable estimate, I like the way he operated and conducted himself, I then received more estimates and two were higher and one was lower. I felt as though all the companies with the exception of the low ball one would do a decent job, as I heard less than favorable things about the company who gave a low estimate. I want a fair price and Maynor gave exactly that. You get what you pay for and while no one wants to over pay, you donâ t want to go cheap on your roof itâ s one of the most important structures on a house. Maynor was a pleasure to work with from start to finish and we had times to just chit chat and he is a genuine person; he wants to do a good quality job and provide a good service to his customers, simple and straightforward. All of his employees who I spoke with, Eli and Salvador, were kind and shared those same values of doing quality work and doing right by their customers. As is the case with a lot of tract homes, we will probably need to repair other parts of the roof and I know we will be calling Triangle Roofing again. "Eric came out for the estimate and provided the various options and what he would generally provide. He was patient (Unlike Skyline Roofing)in our vacillation between concrete tile and composition shingles (Provided samples for both types)and also a delay in schedule due to tenting for termites. His price estimate was in line with other estimates (Except iRoof which was almost twice as much as everyone else) He provided a complete package without me asking, including radiant barrier sheathing, roof vents, new flashings, replacement of dry rot wood (included in the overall price) etc. There was a delay in the start date due to rain (Rain in SoCal?) The first day his crew (very friendly) showed up early and did not waste any time tearing off the 40 year old concrete tile roof. Second day they completed the tear off, did some structural repairs I had asked for and started sheathing (required due to the original spaced sheathing construction) Third day (Friday)completed sheathing, building department inspection (permit etc all handled by Eric) and began installation of the felts and composition shingles. They returned on Monday to complete the roof and clean up, with final building department inspection on Tuesday. Very pleased with the final product and the clean up that the crew did. We are now ready for El Nino!"

"This contractor doesnâ t have a lot of reviews, so I was hesitant. Iâ m very glad I overcame that. They did an EXCELLENT job. Once I signed, they pulled the permit with Riverside County that afternoon. They charged nothing for this except for the face value cost of the permit itself. They were onsite with a full crew the very next morning for the tear-off of the old roof. We left for our sonâ s graduation, and I expected weâ d come home to a bare roof, and the install would be done the next day. No. I returned to find the tear-off completed, and the installation nearly finished! I climbed up to the roof to watch the remaining work. They used exactly the materials we agreed on, and the work looked terrific. Everything was exactly as we agreed upon, with zero surprises. They donâ t have a lot of reviews.
