We did get a couple quotes for the job, and all were right in line with each other. We went with Apex because they were recommended by a family friend who is also a home inspector. We were very pleased every step of the way. Pat was very responsive through phone, email and text. Pat was acurate on how long it would take from the time of the estimate to when they could start the job. Once it was our turn on the schedule, they showed up when they said they would, kept us informed when there was a rain delay, and they finished when they said they would. The quality of work is impeccable and the crew was outstanding. Pat's son Jared and the Foreman Sergio were very kind, polite and informative. Clean up after the job was exceptional as well.
